The rules that keep LifeFit fair, safe, and transparent for everyone. Please read carefully before using the platform.

Acceptance of terms

By creating an account, accessing, or using LifeFit by ALIGN MODE™, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

We may update these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email and in-app notice at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

User responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate account information and keep it up to date.
  • Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • Use LifeFit in a manner consistent with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Not share your account, resell access, or attempt to reverse engineer the platform.
  • Not use LifeFit to harass, abuse, or harm others.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

Subscriptions & billing

LifeFit offers both free trials and paid subscription plans. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis.

  • Billing cycle: Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or yearly) unless cancelled.
  • Price changes: We will notify you in advance of any price changes. Renewals at new prices require your explicit consent.
  • Payment processing: All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your full card details.
  • Failed payments: If a payment fails, we will retry. Continued failure may result in suspension of premium features.

Cancellation & refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time from the Billing page in Settings or by contacting support.

  • Cancellation timing: Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain access until then.
  • No prorated refunds: We do not offer prorated refunds for partial billing periods.
  • Refund exceptions: If you were charged in error or experienced a verifiable technical issue preventing use, contact us within 14 days for review.
  • Free trials: No charges are incurred during a free trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, the selected plan billing begins automatically.

Acceptable use

LifeFit is intended for personal wellness and fitness guidance. You may not use the platform to:

  • Upload or distribute malware, spam, or abusive content.
  • Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity.
  • Scrape, crawl, or otherwise extract data from the platform at scale.
  • Interfere with the security or availability of the service.
  • Use AI-generated coaching outputs for commercial redistribution.

Violation of these rules may result in immediate account suspension or termination.

AI-generated wellness guidance

LifeFit uses artificial intelligence to generate workout plans, meal suggestions, coaching messages, and recovery insights.

  • AI outputs are generated based on the information you provide and general wellness principles. They are not guaranteed to be perfect.
  • You should use your own judgment when following any AI-generated recommendation.
  • We continuously improve our models, but AI may occasionally produce incomplete or suboptimal suggestions.
  • Feedback you provide helps us refine the system for everyone.

No medical advice

LifeFit is a wellness and productivity guidance platform. We are not a licensed medical provider.

  • Nothing in LifeFit constitutes medical, nutritional, or psychological advice.
  • Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any new exercise program, diet, or wellness regimen — especially if you have pre-existing conditions, are pregnant, or are recovering from injury.
  • If you experience pain, dizziness, or any adverse symptoms during activity, stop immediately and seek professional care.
  • Use of LifeFit is at your own risk. We are not liable for any injury, health complication, or adverse outcome resulting from following app recommendations.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LifeFit by ALIGN MODE™ and its affiliates will not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
  • Loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the service.
  • Any damages exceeding the amount you paid to LifeFit in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100 if you had no paid subscription.

These limitations apply regardless of the legal theory asserted, whether contract, tort, negligence, or strict liability.

Intellectual property

All content, code, designs, trademarks, and generated plans within LifeFit are the property of ALIGN MODE™ or its licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law.

  • You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use LifeFit for personal wellness purposes.
  • You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the platform without written permission.
  • Your personal data and content you create (logs, notes) remain yours. You grant us a license to use it solely to operate and improve the service.

Account termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these terms or engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.

Upon termination:

  • Your access to premium features ceases immediately.
  • Your data will be purged from active systems within 30 days, subject to our Privacy Policy.
  • No refund will be issued for termination due to policy violations.

You may also delete your own account at any time from Settings.

Terms updates

We may revise these Terms of Use as the service evolves or as legal requirements change. Material updates will be communicated via email and an in-app notice at least 30 days before taking effect.

Continued use of LifeFit after a terms update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
