Delete your account
You can permanently delete your LifeFit account at any time — no calls, no forms, no retention games. Here's exactly what happens.
How to delete in-app
Sign in to your account
Open LifeFit on web or mobile and sign in with the email tied to your account.
Open Settings
Tap your profile, then go to Settings → Account.
Tap “Delete account”
Scroll to the Danger Zone and confirm by typing DELETE. Your account and personal data are erased immediately.
What gets permanently removed
Erased immediately when you confirm deletion:
- Profile, email, and authentication credentials
- Onboarding answers, goals, and preferences
- Plans, workouts, momentum history, and Align Score data
- Recovery, nutrition, and adaptive coaching inputs
- Notification, reminder, and device settings
What we're legally required to keep
A small set of records is retained for compliance — never for marketing, never linked to a usable profile.
Billing records
Stripe retains anonymized transaction records for tax, accounting, and fraud-prevention compliance. We cannot delete these.
Aggregated analytics
Fully anonymized, non-identifying usage statistics may remain — they cannot be linked back to you.
Backup retention
Encrypted system backups roll off within 30 days, after which all traces are gone.
Can't access your account?
Email privacy@lifefitbyalignmode.com from the address tied to your account. We verify ownership and process the deletion within 7 days.
