Every suggestion — workout, meal timing, recovery prompt — is generated against your current life context: recent sleep, training load, schedule density, and goal. Recommendations get sharper as the engine learns your rhythm. You're always free to override; the engine adapts to your choices, not the other way around.
Your Align Score blends four signals: consistency (showing up), recovery (sleep and readiness), nutrition alignment with your goal, and movement quality. It's a weighted daily snapshot — not a grade. The score rewards rhythm over perfection, so a calm steady week scores higher than one big push followed by burnout.
Momentum tracks the compounding effect of small daily wins. Each completed check-in, session, or recovery action adds to a quiet streak signal that protects you on hard days. Miss a day and Momentum doesn't reset to zero — it cushions, giving you a grace window so one off day doesn't undo two weeks of work.
Recovery scoring looks at sleep duration and quality, perceived energy, training load from the prior 72 hours, and (if connected) wearable signals like HRV and resting heart rate. The score informs the next day's intensity — a low score quietly downshifts your plan rather than forcing a hard session.
Nutrition guidance is generated from your goal, body context, and training load. Meal suggestions stay within calorie and macro targets while flexing around what you actually eat — log a meal off-plan and the rest of the day rebalances. The AI never prescribes restrictive diets; it suggests calm, sustainable patterns.

New members get a free trial of LifeFit Core or Elite. You can cancel anytime before the trial ends and you won't be charged. After the trial, your plan renews at the price shown at checkout.
Yes. Go to Settings → Subscription. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.
Open Settings → Subscription → Manage. You can cancel in one tap. You'll keep full access until the end of the period you've already paid for.
We don't offer a formal pause yet. You can downgrade to a lower tier or cancel and reactivate later — your history and preferences are preserved.
All major credit and debit cards, plus Apple Pay and Google Pay where available. Payments are processed securely by Stripe — we never store your card details.

Charges appear as LIFEFIT or ALIGN MODE on your statement. If something still looks off, contact support with the date and amount and we'll trace it within one business day.
Open Settings → Subscription → Manage → Cancel. You keep full access until the end of the period you've already paid for. No partial refunds for unused days.
Your trial starts when you choose a paid plan. Cancel anytime before it ends and you won't be charged. We email a reminder 48 hours before conversion. After the trial, your plan renews automatically.
Monthly plans bill on the same calendar date each month. Yearly plans bill once per year on your original purchase date. If that date doesn't exist in a given month, we bill on the last day of the month.
We don't refund unused time within a current billing period, but if a charge was unintended, duplicate, or caused by a technical issue, email us within 14 days for a full refund. Refunds typically process within 5–10 business days.
On the sign-in screen, tap "Forgot password." We'll email you a secure reset link. If it doesn't arrive within a minute, check spam or contact support.
