How trials, billing, cancellations, and refunds work — written in plain language, with no fine print to hide behind.

Quick summary

Cancel anytime. Keep access until your current period ends. Email us within 14 days of an unintended charge for a full refund. No dark patterns, no guilt trips.

New members can try LifeFit Core or Elite free for a limited period. We want you to feel the rhythm before any charge.

  • Your trial starts the moment you choose a paid plan.
  • You can cancel anytime during the trial and you won't be charged.
  • We send a friendly reminder 48 hours before the trial ends.
  • After the trial, your plan renews automatically at the price shown at checkout.

We believe in predictable billing. No surprise charges, no hidden fees.

  • Monthly plans bill on the same calendar date each month.
  • Yearly plans bill once per year on your original purchase date.
  • If a date doesn't exist (e.g., the 31st), we bill on the last day of that month.
  • You'll receive an email receipt for every charge.
  • All payments are processed securely by Stripe — we never see or store your card number.

Leaving should be as easy as joining. No guilt, no dark patterns, no retention loops.

  • Open Settings → Subscription → Manage, then tap Cancel.
  • You keep full access until the end of the period you've already paid for.
  • No partial refunds for unused days within a current billing period.
  • Your data and preferences are preserved for 90 days in case you return.
  • You can reactivate anytime from the same Subscription screen.

If something went wrong, we want to make it right. Reach out and we'll handle it quickly.

  • Duplicate charges — full refund, no questions asked.
  • Unintended renewal — email us within 14 days for a full refund.
  • Technical issues that prevented access — prorated or full refund, depending on impact.
  • Trials that converted unintentionally — full refund within 14 days of conversion.
  • Refunds typically process within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

What your status means

Trialing

You're inside the free trial window. No charge yet. Cancel anytime before it ends.

Active

Your plan is paid and current. You'll renew automatically on the date shown in Billing.

Past due

A payment didn't go through. Stripe retries automatically — you still have full access during retries.

Cancels at period end

You've canceled. Full access continues until your current paid period ends. Nothing else will be charged.

Canceled

Your subscription has ended. You can reactivate anytime from Subscription.

Your live status and next renewal date are always visible in Settings → Subscription.

Billing FAQ

Your first charge happens at the end of your free trial, on the renewal date shown in Subscription. After that, you're charged on the same date each month (or year) until you cancel.

Open Settings → Subscription. The renewal date, plan, and amount are shown at the top. You'll also get an email receipt after every successful charge.

Settings → Subscription → Manage → Cancel. It takes about 10 seconds. You'll keep full access until your current paid period ends — no further charges.

Yes. We send a friendly reminder email 48 hours before your trial ends, so you can decide without surprises.

Yes. Open Subscription → Manage. Stripe will prorate the difference automatically, so you only pay for what you use.

No. All payment information lives with Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 provider. LifeFit never sees or stores your full card number.
